UltraClad 801 Wear Resistant Steel Plate
- Carbon Chrome with Molybdenum
- Working Temperature up to 450°C
- Highly resistant to extreme abrasion and gouging at high temperatures
- Typical Analysis of Hardfacing Layer: C: 5.0, Mn: 0.7, Cr: 30.0
- Typical Hardness of 60 HRC

UltraClad 802 Wear Resistant Steel Plate
- Complex carbide deposit of chromium, molybdenum, niobium, vanadium & tungsten
- Working Temperature up to 750°C
- Resists severe high stress abrasion at temperatures up to 750° C
- Typical Analysis of Hardfacing Layer: C: 5.0, Mn: 0.7, Si: 0.5, Mo: 7.0, Nb: 7.0, W: 2.0, Cr: 22.0, V: 1.0
- Typical Hardness of 20c: 62 HRC, 550c: 54 HRC, 650c: 50HRC

- Typical Hardness of 59 HRC
