Site Works

Our team recently completed two belt installation works at the Tillicoultry Hillend site:

Job 1
Installation and cold vulcanisation of 13m of 1300mm wide, 4-ply belt on a Warrior feeder conveyor.
The belt was fitted, tracked, and tensioned to ensure stable operation.

Job 2
Installation of 11m of 1200mm wide, 4-ply belt on a Finlay 693 feeder conveyor, joined using 190VP mechanical clips to allow rapid return to service.

Both conveyors were handed back fully operational, supporting continued production on site.

What customers tell us about Hoverdale — and why they trust us with their conveyors

Across quarries, mines, ports, power stations, recycling plants, and manufacturing sites, we hear the same feedback time and time again:

“Hoverdale do what they say they’ll do — and they do it properly.”

That reputation hasn’t been built overnight. For more than 50 years, it’s come from consistent engineering standards, reliable delivery, and teams who understand the pressure of keeping critical plant running.

What customers value most:

  • We spot problems early — through PPM inspections, condition monitoring, and practical reporting that helps prevent breakdowns before they happen.
  • Workmanship is done right first time — whether it’s vulcanising, drum lagging, scraper installations, or chute work.
  • Our engineers understand plant, process, and production pressures — not just components.
  • National coverage means support is always close, for planned works or urgent call-outs.
  • Cleaner, safer, more reliable conveyors with measurable performance improvements.

Why customers continue to choose Hoverdale:

  • 50+ years of bulk materials handling experience
  • Full in-house engineering capability
  • UK-wide vulcanising and maintenance teams
  • Proven PPM and SLA support

Hoverdale isn’t just there to fix problems — we’re there to help customers keep their plants running efficiently, safely, and reliably.
