Material Composition

The SuperScrew is composed of high-quality components that provide exceptional mechanical and chemical properties:

  • Rubber: Made from wear-resistant, abrasion-proof synthetic rubber to ensure longevity under demanding conditions.
  • Textile Reinforcement: Multiple layers of polyester or aramid fabrics provide high tensile strength and prevent elongation.
  • Embedded Steel Inserts (Optional): For extra durability in high-load applications.
  • Adhesives: High-performance bonding agents are used during installation to create a reliable and seamless joint.

The material can be tailored for specific operating conditions, such as resistance to oil, heat, and fire.
