BMGZ600-series
The electronics of the BMGZ600-series has been designed for the demanding applications of mobile and stationary conveying systems. The large display will indicate actual performance, daily amount, total amount and belt speed. A configuratable analog and digital output is available to connect additional displays or controllers. The integrated RS 232 interface can be utilized to integrate the BMGZ600 into a master control concept. Different housing options are available to allow field installation as well as panel integrated installation e.g. in a cabinet. As an option, the BMGZ600 is also offered as an integrated unit in a sealed cabinet. The BMGZ610 as single channel version can take the input of a single measuring roller.
Functional description
The microprocessor controlled electronics of the BMGZ 600 series converts and digitalizes the signals of the measuring rollers. The electronics subtracts the weight of the measuring roller and the belt (tare) from the actual reading and multiplies the result with the belt speed. The BMGZ 600 series features standardized analog and digital outputs and a RS 232 interface. It runs an autotare function which allows automatic evaluation of the tare value during two turns of the belt. Calibration of the BMGZ 600 series is done with comparative weighing for example with a calibrated platform scale. The reference value can be entered via the operating panel.
